Modding / Non functioning flux venting

Anyone know why this would be a thing? Making a ship, my second one. And i can not get the venting to work in game it just builds unto the ship goes into shut down.
Copied and pasted exact ship file entries from a working ship and still will not vent.
Tried resaving the ship file itself and checked the data everything looked fine.
My other ship no issues.
And no real errors when it cant vent game runs fine no launch errors, just v nor my reobund vent key does not function at all, tried other ships and it it works fine even my other modded ship.
So i dunno guess i have to remake the base ship file again and hope it does not bug out? anyone seen this before? searching the net gave nada.
