Bug Reports & Support / Anyone else seeing UI flickering?

I haven't played in awhile, but recently I'm seeing the various parts of the UI glitch and flicker including all of the combat UI. At first I thought it was maybe a change in the static effect, so I turned that off and it still happens. It's a bit odd because it's not the entire screen flickering, just the interface elements in front of the starscape, ships, etc.
