How do you alter deployment costs in game, ive looked at files but i dont know where the deployment costs for ships are located, any help appreciated

A AI core can have its skills respecced but if you respec AFTER its full intergrated you lose the extra skill permently

Modding / Flying Remnant?

I have been currently messing with a mod remnant ship and as i wanted pilot the damned thing myself so i went into the hulls section and removed the in built hullmod "automated"

And this did allow me to turn the ship into something i can pilot but the thing i found most interesting is that the ship in question already had a core intergrated so i wondered how this would convert without the initial hullmod but the game added the Automated hull mod to the ship without ordanace cost. So i have 2 of them, one for me and one for my electronic friend

I am gonna experiment with what would happen if i removed the mod from the standard remnant and see what happens.

Im also curious if you can readd/add the automated mod to ships that dont have the mod initally and see if you can alpha core an onslaught, possibly with help of the console command mod https://fractalsoftworks.com/forum/index.php?topic=4106.0

Ill keep you posted if i find out anything else interesting

Ok im enjoying the new update, some interesting items to find to help colonies and so forth

And a new skill so you can AQUIRE AI SHIPS, AW HELL YES...

So i get myself a radiant....

And thats it, cos if i get any other ships, they'll cripple all my AI ships in the fleet!

Whats the point of this if i can only aquire a few ships before i get screwed?

As a player whos sympathetic to the [REDACTED] this has killed my fun a bit, although i love the whole applying cores to ships thing

My question is this, does anyone know how to remove the cap?

Modding / Total noob here, how to create faction?

I have no idea what im doing but ive always kinda fancied making a faction, specifically a faction that kinda used remnant ships, remnant nexus for stations and actually made said faction an actual threat rather than just ships to blow up for AI brain harvesting.

But i have no experience coding so im kinda after pointers, any help would be appreciated

Is there anyway you canm join or ally yourself with the [REDACTED]?
It sucks that you cant help them especially as it seems like im just farming cores to make slaves out of them.
Is there a mod where you can basically become part of the [REDACTED] faction fully and just have everyone (for obvious reasons) declare you a traitor to humanity and whilst you fight to either overthrow humanity or have a faction to intergrate humanity and the [REDACTED] together?
