I want to start making a faction mod, but I'm horrible with virtual ship Art.
Would there be anyone willing to help this person out?
(I have sketches out, just need somebody to make them into ship art.)

Sorry to disappoint you but you won't find many spriters willing to make someone elses designs.
I would suggest taking a look at the guides in the spriters thread (modding resources) and just try it out making some.
Afterwards i have no problem with giving feedback on them so you can improve the sprites.
if you do think you really can't make them, i would suggest to at least upload the skecthes so that the spriter can see if he/she likes them or not.
Hope i didnt come up to rough on you, I've seen too many people get disappointed due to no spriters replying to there requests.

PM me with your sketches. I wont sign for a long term 'work' as i have pretty lots of things to do, but at least i`ll get 1-2 sprites for you and a photoshop source file so that you can see how to do sprites.

Just recently stumbled upon this site:

It contains lots of various sprites that can be used both for personal and for commercial use. You might find something useful there.
