Title: What music do you listen to while playing Starsector ?

Greetings everyone, so starsector has no combat music and that can sometimes get a bit boring. So I would like to see what kind of music people listen to while playing. Personally I like the music from Total Annihiliation as they fit large battles quite well. What about you ?

I really love this music you linked, Synthwave goes really well with any futuristic themed game/movie. Also yeah, I just noticed the game had a little bit of combat music although it's so quiet I can barely hear it. I'll try out that mod you linked and see how much I personally like it.

I don't know if this leads to my entire 80's/retrowave album that I have saved so far, but a lot of my music goes well with Starsector.

I know I'm a bit late but I've got one in particular that is very great imo. I've discovered Starsector through a French YouTuber and he made a nice intro with a very nice music.

Hey. Yes me too I know this youtuber. It's Bob lennon. Otherwise as music I use a Total Anhilation playlist that I activate during fights etc but it's true that Audio Plus is really good I recommend installing Audio plus. bye bye !

I usually listen to streams or talk videos on YouTube, but this time, for the text quest campaign i switch to Space Rangers 2  OST,  suited just fine

I've got a varied set of playlists I got playing in the back ground while  both playing Starsector and ***.posting politely engaging with the rest of the comunity on this forum. I've got a pair of Razer Nari Ultimates and two big-ass loudspeakers on either side of my desk when nobody is at home or inhabiting the vicinity, so my music of choice is rather..uh... percussion heavy, enough to give a Vietnam vet anti-air-while-on-a-Huey flashbacks.

There's a lot more music genres  I stay in orbit around of,   but this was what I listened to the most this week. I hope I got someone listening to some of these tracks, there are quite the hidden gems among them.

I'm so pumped to go to the upcoming Slipknot concert here in Spaghettiland in a few months  8)

when i'm playing the game without streaming it i watch youtube videos on my second monitor.
when i am streaming i listen to ether vaporwave or other video game music like Hades or Fury (the game not the motion picture) ost.

Hello to all commanders of the space fleet!

My name is Lunarecst and I love space, and even more I love this game =)
In my free time from work, I do what I either do creative work or play Starsector. It amazes me that this project has such a large community, thanks to it, the universe and the content of my favorite game is constantly expanding and supplemented with new interesting features.

I'm not very good at modding, as well as drawing sprites and the like, but I am a little good at music) And I want to bring benefits to everyone too. I have several music tracks that are entirely written by me, without any royalties or other copyright restrictions. I am posting several tracks that I authorize to use in my mods.
(if you like them or suit them at all ^ _ ^) Well, you can definitely listen)
