Title: When deploying ships add in the info of its maximum top speed

This will make hunt downs easier and save the time from having to view each ships info with F1 to find out who to pick for the hunt of the last runaway ships.

Perhaps even an average maximum speed too, for those with jets and burn ship systems and the like?
