Title: [0.9a RC10] CTD when abandoning a colony

The game crashes when I try to abandon a colony.

Here's how to reproduce it:

1) load the saved game (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1X1VqOfWBUK4pbM5QcIvAFfNgj7oSM4N4 (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1X1VqOfWBUK4pbM5QcIvAFfNgj7oSM4N4)) [23MB]
2) press d to open the Command screen
3) choose "NE Tanmar Tech Mine" and abandon it
(now, for some reason it remains possessed)
4) press q to "Return to Colony List"
5) bang

Basically utility stuff only with the exception of Another Portrait Pack, all up to date.

Tested on (Mac) OS X 10.11.6.
This is the first ever crash on 0.9a for me after >100 hours.
