Title: Officer Max Limit Surpassed By Cryopod Officers

So, as the title says, I have surpassed the limit in officers, by finding another officer in a cryopod, in a derelict ship.

I'm unsure if it's an intended feature, but who knows. As far as I know, it may be a bug.

This is not a bug - the idea is you can make a choice which officers to keep, but can't use the ones over your limit; however what is a related bug (and is fixed) is being able to assign these officer to ships using the "auto assign officers" button.
