Title: Every Barren Core World and Gas Giant is 100%

see title, they all have 0 market conditions & 100% hazard rating. Idk if this is an oversight or what but it's... weird. Like, either every moon in the core worlds has an atmosphere, or there's something wrong bc they're missing the "no atmo" tags, along with all others.

a specific example; Huascar the volcano world in Yma is 100% habitable.

Horn of Westernesse, which is explicitly stated in the descript to be super-massive, to have crushing gravity and incredibly active tectonics and meteor strikes, has a 100% hazard rating, tied with the habitable desert-world and better than the habitable water-world seat of the system's kingship.

is there any chance that this is a coding error, or just a "alex has to go thru every core world and manually add the market conditions that were missed" deal like typos?
Bc if it's the latter I can compile all of the RC9.A 100% habitable irradiated core rocks if it'd help (I'm currently trawling the core instead of sleeping)
