This is a GDC talk from Mike Rose, the founder of No More Robots, a small publishing company which recently promoted the freeriding game Descenders.
Before his current job this guy was a video game critic for the likes of Gamasutra, Kotaku and PocketGamer and then worked at tinyBuild on titles like Punch Club, Party Hard and Clustertruck.
