Title: Turning a faction hostile?
Post by: Takion Kasukedo on February 16, 2017, 08:35:20 AM
So, I already know about relations and turning a faction hostile by attacking fleets with transponder on, but what about having them hostile from the start?

I'd like to know how to do this, so I don't have to go through the procedure of having a hostile faction against my fleet (especially for Nex)

console commands:

setrelation factionName -50

This sets faction factionName hostile (-50) to yourself

This isn't guaranteed to work in Nexerellin.

Due to the way alliance and faction relationship mechanics work in that mod, console commanding faction relationships sometimes fails without any real cause of reason.

For Nexerelin, until next version run the syncrelationships command after setting faction relations in console.
